CONFERENCE AMONG UNIONS [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] PALMERSTON NORTH, Sunday The Manawatu ltugby Union, at a special meeting, decided to call a conference of North Island Unions foV March 10, at Palmerston North, to discuss proposed amendments to the constitution of the Now Zealand ltugby Union and management committees. These amendments, suggested by Mr. A. M. Ongley, president of the Manawatu Union, toward the end of last season, are designed chiefly to give better representation of the whole of Now Zealand on the management committee
