WELCOME TO MR. ERAMPTON
The appointment of Mr. Kenneth Brampton as producer nnd organiser of the Aur-klnnd Little Theatre Society, reported in the Hehald recently, was officially announced at a meeting of the society'on Thursday night. On behalf of the executive committoo, the president, Mr. A. Lippincott, extended a warm welcome to Mr. IHrainpton, who, ho recalled, had produced 1/7 plays during his previous appointment with the socioty, from 1927 until 1931. Mr. Brampton said ho had returned full of enthusiasm after a period of acting and - executive work overseas. Never before had there existed such opportunity for obtaining good plays, nnd the prospects for tho advancement or the society's activities wcro vory bright.
