GOVERNMENT APPROACHED MR. B. SHEIL'S VISIT [BV TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Thursday Plans in connection with the proposed transtasman air service in which Sir Charles Kingsford Smith was interested wero placed before the Government today by Mr. B. Sheil, a director of the Trans-Tasman Air Service Development Company, Limited, who arrived from Sydney especially for that purpose. Mr. Sbeil interviewed the Prime Minister, Mr. Savage, and the Postmaster-Gen-eral, Hon. F. Jones. Subsequently Mr. Jones said he had promised to consider the company's plans in collaboration with the Prime Minister.
