RAILWAY EXCURSIONS
Heavy bookings are being received for most of the Labour week-end excursions arranged by the Tourist and Railway departments The excursion to National Park was fully booked nearly two months ago, but a few vacancies have occurred through cancellations. These are filling rapidly. There has also been a satisfactory inquiry for the excursion to Waitomo Caves. Already some MOO seats have been reserved for the excursion to Kotorua, and there is a steady demand for bookings for the trips to Whangarci and Te Aroha.
