TRANSMISSION FROM ROME ITALIAN GRIEVANCES ROME, Oct. IS The broadcast by Baron Alolsi, Signor Mussolini's Minister at Geneva, for which the British Post Office refused transmission facilities, was despatched from Rome. The speaker recapitulated his contention that the League had not sufficiently considered Italy's grievances regarding Abyssinia.
