CRASH THROUGH FENCE
CAR CAUGHT BY WIRE THREE PASSENGERS INJURED [BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION] "WELLINGTON, Monday A car containing three passengers crashed through a fence in the Taita Gorge and came to rest supported by a fencing wire over a 20ft. drop to the river. Mr. Oscar Frederick Harvey suffered a fractured skull and was removed to hospital. His condition is reported to be satisfactory. Mrs. Winifred Harvey suffered cuts on the head and legs, and Mr. James Emmerson suffered concussion. All three victims live in Wellington.
