VICTORY FOR McCREADY [BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Monday Angelo Ceßtoldi was defeated in a wrestling bout to-night by Earl McCready, who won with a fall in the seventh round, leaving his opponent lying on the mat for ten minutes. Before that Cestoldi had been manhandling MeCready almost all the way and moro than once seemed near to gaining a fall.
LOFTY BLOMFIELD WINS CATALINO DISQUALIFIED [by tei/egraph—OWN correspondent] CHRISTCHTJRCH. Monday Disqualified in the seventh round after varnings by the referee for punching his opponent, Tony Catalino lost his wrestling bout against Lofty Blomfield this evening. At this stage both wrestlers had secured one fall.
