£1,000,000 COMPANY AUSTRALIA AND DOMINION MANUFACTURE OF MACHINES (Received September 10, 11.35 p.m.) SYDNEY, Sept, 10 A powerful company is being formed in Sydney with a capital of £1,000,000 to develop the aircraft manufacturing industry and new air services to link all the Australian capitals and New Zealand. The new company will be known as Air Lines > of Australia Limited, and one of the directors will be Lord Sempill. Probably the company will compete for the Tasman air service. It has acquired the manufacturing rights over Sikorsky flying-boats.
