new dominion secretary WELLINGTON ACCOUNTANT [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION! V WELLINGTON, Monday The appointment of Mr. Alexander P. O'Shea, who is at present cashier for the Wellington City Corporation milk department, as secretary of the New Zealand Farmers' Fnion, in succession to Colonel Pow, is announced. He is a son of the late Mr. John O'Shea, of Dunedin, and was educated at the Otago Boys' High School and Victoria College, Wellington. , Mr. O'Shea had nine years' fanning experience, and held several clerical positions in various departments in the Wellington City Corporation.
