INTER-ISLAND SERVICE REGISTRATION OF COMPANY [BY TEIiEGBAI'H —FKKSS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Thursday With £60,000 paid up out of a nominal capital of £IOO,OOO, Union Airways, Limited, which was recently granted a licence to operate an air service between Pahnerston North and Dunedin by th« Transport Co-ordination Board, was registered yesterday. The share capital comprises 1000 shares of £IOO each. The Union Steam Ship Company, Limited, has subscribed 592 shares.
