ATTACKED BY ALSATIAN
OWNER OF DOG PROSECUTED [by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Friday Expressing the probability that the dog would be destroyed, Mr. E. Page, S.M., to-day adjourned for a week a charge against Maurice West of being the owner of an Alsatian dog which attacked a man in Clermont Grove. West pleaded guilty. It was stated that the dog was running along with a motor-car West was driving. It sprang at Mr. E. J. Murray, caretaker of tho Victoria Bowling Club, and grabbed him rather viciously, biting him on the arm. Medical attention was necessary.
