TRADE. TREATY SIGNED British Wireless RUGBY, Jan. 9 A trade agreement supplementary to the Ottawa agreement, between the British Government aud the ment of India, was signed at the Board of Trade office this afternoon. The signatories were Mr. Walter Runciman, on behalf of the British Go'\ - eminent, and Sir Bhupendra Nath Mitra, High Commissioner for India, on behalf of the Indian Government. •
