BRITISH DELEGATES ACTIVITIES OF MINISTERS British Wireless RUGBY, Jon. 8 Both Sir John Simon, Foreign Secretary, and Mr. Anthony Eden, Lord Privy Seal, will travel to Geneva on Thursday for a meeting of the Council of the League of Nations. This afternoon, Sir John railed on the Prime Minister, Mr. MacDonnld, and, it is understood, discussed with him''the Franco-J talian agreement and kindred matters. _ The Secretary for India, Sir Samuel Hoare, also had an interview with the Prime Minister in regard to the new Indian Constitution Hill, it is anticipated that, the second reading of this measure will he moved in the House of Commons in the second week in February, and that the debate will occupy three or four days.
