LANCASHIRE BOYCOTT DECISION TO TERMINATE (Received January 9. 5.b p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 8 The northern council of the Grocers' Associations, Manchester, has recommended the 5000 members to resume normal purchases of Australian goods in view of assurances from the cotton trade's conference that a satisfactory adjustment of the differences was expected .
