TRIBUTE TO COMMISSION
PRIME MINISTER'S VIEWS CONTROL OF INDUSTRY [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION*] CHRISTCHURCH, Saturday "The Dairy Commission is to be complimented on the thorough way it haa gone into the evidence and marshalled its facts, and on the clear and thorough presentation of its conclusions," said the Prime Minister, Mr. Forbes, to-day. "Their recommendations concerning changes in the constitution of the Board of Control were made after consideration of a good deal of evidence," Mr. Forbes continued. "There is a widespread belief that changes are necessary. It must be remembered that the chairman of the board was a member of the commission, and any recommendations must have been made after hearing his opinions, which must have carried a lot of weight."
