CENTENARY AIR RACE
PRIZES FOR FRENCHMEN OFFER BY GOVERNMENT PARIS, Sept. 18 The French Minister of Air, M. Denain, announced to-day that the Government will award £3300 to the French airman who finishes first in the speed section of the Centenary air race and £660 to the first Frenchman in the handicap race. The aeroplane in each case must also be French.
