STRUCK OFF ROLLS
THREE SOLICITORS [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Wednesday Orders by consent were niado by the Court of Appeal under the Law Practitioners' Act striking three solicitors oiF the rolls on the application of the New Zealand Law Society. The solicitors were Isidore Fiantia Kronfeld (Samoa), Thomas Adamson Kinmont (Dunedin), and Allan James McLeavey (Palmerston North).
