SEAMEN NOW AVAILABLE [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Tuesday The Union Company's cargo steamer Kini, which was paid off and laid up in the stream at Wellington early this month owing to shipping trouble, was to have been recommissioned yesterday. No crew, however, was forthcoming in tho morning, although there were more than sufficient men present to man her when the call was made. A further attempt in the afternoon to obtain -a crew also failed. A crew was engaged for the Kini this morning, and she left to-day for Westporfc. A crew was also engaged for the Omana, which has been recommissioned after threo years in tho stream, and she also loft to-day for Westport.
