• AUCKLAND TO HAMILTON PASSENGER TRIPS FIXED Licences for motor passenger services between Auckland and Hamilton havo been granted by the No. 2 Licensing Authority to New by' 8 Motors, Limited, and Markey's Motors, Limited. Tho licences have been amended and provide for only two trips each way daily by each operator. The previous time-table allowed six trips each way daily. The operators are to alternate their trips each week, and the new time-table will take effect next Monday. The fares previously charged, 10s single and 19s return, have been increased by the authority to lis 0d single and £1 Is return.
