HEALTH OF BABIES
NORTHCOTE ACTIVITIES The Northcote committee of the Plunkot Society last evening passed a vote of condolence with Mrs. J. A. Adams 011 the death of her husband. The financial result of the recent annual dance was reported to be most satisfactory, and thanks were recorded to all who had assisted. The president, Mrs. A. Campbell, expressed keen appreciation of the efforts put forward by the members of the committee. Mrs>. .T. Potter was thanked for a cash donation. Miss J. P. Campbell is to. be farowelled and Miss J. Carmichael welcomed at a social function bv the Northcote committee in August. Two sisters of the latter are also actively engaged in Plunket work at Auckland headquarters, Miss Frances F. Carmichael in secretarial duties, and Miss M. Carmichael as nurse.
