BOGEY HANDICAP PLAY FINAL OF TAYLOR BOWL The Stnblefortl bogey handicap was played by members of the Titirangi Golf CJnb on Saturday. In <His type of competition, the result is decided on points for cuch hole. The match was divided into two tirades, the A grade being won by R. E. Cnrr with a score of 32, 6 —oß, while R. E. Alpo was successful in the B grade with a scoro of 25, 11—3 G. Other good scores were:— A Grade.—J. Gallowny, 28. 9 —37; .7. Carnachan, 30, G—3o; N. A. Naißmith, 28, 8—30; P. Harrison, 28, B—3G; J. 11. Goyder, 28, 8—30; L. J. Williamson, 30, 5—35.; J. Gilmour, 28, 7—35. B Grade.—R. J. Truscott, 20, 11—31; N. B. McLean. 21, 13—32; .T. A. Crum, 20, 12—3'2; A. Tysoe, 18, 14—32. The final of the Taylor bowl was played during the week-end between E. E. Beehan ((}) and li. T. Harold (15), the former winning, 2 up. The qualifying rounds for the Ballin Cup will bo played next Saturday, and three consolation handicaps for seniors, intermediates and juniors respectively.
