CATHEDRAL CARNIVAL
POSITION OF CANDIDATES [FROM OUR OWN' . HAMILTON. Sunday Keen interest continues to be taken in the Cathedral Queen Carnival in Hamilton, and these is much rivalry between the supporters of the six candidates for pride of place in the order of votes. Each threepence raised represents a vote, and the candidates now occupy the following positions, the first candidate mentioned having the largest number of votes recorded in her favour, and the last the lowest number of votes: —Miss Dulcie Griffiths (Hamilton East), Miss Betty Manning (Cathedral), Miss Joy Peach (Country), Miss Mabel 1 lines (Cathedral Business), Miss May Oliver (Cathedral Choir), Mrs. K. Boden (Frankton).
