BUILDING IN PROGRESS TWO YEARS BEFORE OPENING [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION*] WELLINGTON. Saturday In opening the autumn exhibition of the New Zealand Academy of Fine Arts, tho Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. J. A. Young, as a member of the board of trustees of tho National Art Gallery and Dominion Museum, said it would be at least two years before the new building would be ready for the official opening. The building would house all that which pertained to the Dominion museum and national art collection, but provision would bo made also for the New Zealand Academy uf Arts Exhibition, and that part of tho building would be devoted to tho exclusive use and control of the Academy.
