DANCE AT PIRATE SHIP
To open the winter season s entertainments, the North Devonport Batepayers and Residents' Association held the first of a series of dances at the Pirate Ship at Milford on Saturday. The committee comprised Mrs. I. Parry (hon. secretary), Mr. S. Christian and Mr. J. Hall. Among those present,were: Mrs. I. who wore chartreuse green satiri; Mrs. Morrison, beige flat crepe; Mrs. W. L. Langridge, apple green georgette; Mrs. J. Hall, pastel windswept satin; Mrs A. Palmer ivory lace and georgette; Mrs. A. Ynlkms, flo\\ ered georgette; Mrs. A. Clow, black crinkled crepe; Mrs. Copeland, electric blue lace; Mrs. S. Christian, lemon georgette; Mrs. J. Lane floral crepe satin; Mrs. T. Stewart, black and silver frock; Mrs. Harrison, olive green satin beaute; Mrs. Burgess, lime green flat crepe; Mrs. L Hardgrove, white pebble crepe; Mrs. L. C. *°™ler, black sequinned lace; Mrs. W. S. Ward, - ver lame; Mrs. F. Johnson, eau do nil georgette; Mrs. C. A. Claike, pin" satin* Mrs. A. Crovden, emerald ring velvet; Mrs. Coburn, rose pink crepe de chine; Mrs. Woodward, jimr.. nutbrown satin; Mrs. Barton, black georgette; Mrs. J. Henderson, white ring velvet; Miss E. Croyden, white and green crinkled crepe; Miss A. son, pastel lace; Miss Gwen Bartley, white angelskin lace; Miss J. Wilson, flame crushed velvet; Miss J. Poison, cameo pink chiffon; Miss R. larrington, pink crepe satin and coatee; Miss P. Bogue, floral tnffeta; Miss F. Cameron, black satin; Miss Is. Hale, cherry crinkled crepe.
