EVENTS AT HAMILTON [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Sunday The Hamilton Canoe Club conducted «■ series of race* on the "Waiknto River yesterday afternoon. The results were:— Herbert Smith Cup (singles, under 15 years).—Golden Arrow (E. Hawkins), 1; Red Streak (J. Sanders), 2; Meteor (W. Bailes), 3. Sanders Trophies' Handicap (doubles). — Rio Rita (H. Jenninps and G. Grnham), 1; 0. B. Careful (J. Gower and G. Smith), 2; Texaco (J. Stewart and M. Stott). 3.
