LYNNDALE CLUB'S EVENT The Lyvindale Harrier Club will hold a run on Saturday for those members nob competing in the Savidan Cup competition, starting from Mr. Dolan's residence, Bollard Avenue, New Lynn, at 2.45 p.m. CALLIOPE CLUB ■The Calliope Harrier Club will hold its annual field day on Saturday at the' Takapuna racecourse, starting at 2.30 p.m. Four events. ]ooydß. 1000 yds. shot putting and long jump, will be contested for points trophy, while a special 75yds handicap event will also be decided. The handicaps for the last-named event are:—McCombie, scr; Charman, Smith, Woodhams, Iyd; Armour, Whitmore, 2yds: Andrews. Clow. 3yds; Clayton, Davis, 3jyds: Drummond. Lanigan. Rowland. 4Jyds; Davidson, 6yds; Steel, BJyds.
