WELLINGTON PAIRS SYSTEM [BY TELEGRAPH —rRESB ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Wednesday An endeavour was made at a meeting to persuade the Wellington Bowling Centre to reverse its decision to play the centre pairs championship with three bowls per player, and return to the old system of four bowls. The discussion ended in the three-bowl game being sustained by a substantial majority.
