Medical and customs inspection will be carried out at seven o'clock this morning and afterwards the. vessel will berth at Queen's Wharf 'to land 223 passengers, as well as a large quantity, of mail and cargo. Included among the, s passengers are a nutpber of officers and 150 naval ratings, who will join H.M.S.
