> ALL FOOTBALL CODES EDEN PARK ATTRACTION Football matches in all three codes are included in a varied programme of sporting attractions arranged for today. The principal Rugby game will be between "University and Grammar Old Boys at Eden Park, and the GovernorGeneral, Lord Bledisloe, will attend. League and Soccer matches will also be played this afternoon, and there will be hockey matches at Remuera. On the golf courses, various competitions will be played. A teams match is tc be played at the Auckland Club, the president's prize in the form of a bogey handicap at Titirangi, the first round of the Eliffe Cup competition at Maungakiekie, and three matches at the Akarana Club. The annual harrier racing contest for the Patterson Cup between Calliope and Hamilton is a fixture for this afternoon. There are also runs by the University, Technical Old Boys, Presbyterian, Wesley and Lynndale Clubs. Winter competitions have been arranged by the Auckland Amateur Athletic and Cycle Club in the Outer Domain to-day. Cycling races are to be held by a number of clubs. Games under the control of the Auckland Basketball Association will also take place.
