MISSISSIPPI RIVER BREACH BLOWN IN LEVEE ARMED MEN'S ACTION LARGE AREA FLOODED By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received April 19, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK. April 18 An extraordinary outrage is reported from Sumner, Mississippi. Between 200 and 300 armed men overpowered the men guarding the levee (artificial bank), at Chute Bridge and blew out the levee. The result was the flooding of thousands of acres of land. This is almost certain to create clangorous situations in towns alreadv flooded. •
