QUESTION OF VENUE NKW YORK, April 17 In a letter to Mr. K. A. Miller, manacii'K editor of tho Baltimore Jewish Times, Mr. Avery Brundage, president of the American Olympic Committee, expressed tho personal hut unofficial opinion that the Olympic Games will not be held in any country where there will be interference with the fundamental Olympic policy of tho equality of all races. It is recalled that the next Olympic Games, which are dated for 19.10, have been arrangod to bo hold in Berlin. i
