LIBERALS DISAPPOINTED CALCUTTA. April 17 "Disappointing and unsatisfactory" was Ihe verdict, of the All-India, Liberal Federation's meeting in Calcutta on the British White Paper proposals, which were declared to bo likely to accentuate the present, acute discontent in India. Tho federation is demanding Dominion status.
