DISAPPEARANCE FROM BOAT FURTHER FRUITLESS SEARCH [from our own* correspondent] WAIUKTJ, Tuesday Further vain efforts were made to-day to solve the mystery of the disappearance on Sunday afternoon of Leslie Draper, aged 19, of Onehunga, from a rowing boat in which he was fishing on the "Manukau Harbour, off Long Nose Point, Awhitu. • Constable EJenry, of Waiuku, and Constable Powell, of Pukekohe, to-day proceeded by launch to the locality where Draper's empty boat was discovered anchored, and dragging operations were carried out over a wide area, but without result. Shipping on. the Manukau has been asked to keep a look-out and a patrol will be made of the beaches.
