THE CRINOLINE
A 1933 REVIVAL It has been left to tho designers of 1933 to create the crinoline that follows instead of distorting tho lino of tho figure. The crinoline has been brought np-to-dato at last in an evening gown of baby-pink net. Far from straying from tho fashionable paths of slenderness, it is so cut that the huge hemlino of crinoline dimensions comes as a surprise to thoso who admiro the graceful shaping of tho figure, which is such a charming feature of tho model. Ono of the modern stiffened nets helps to achieve this miraclo of the slender crinoline, trimmed with oldworld medallions of roses and forget-me-nots.
