BACHELORS' BALL
FUNCTION AT NORTHCOTE i The " bachelors' ball," held in the King's Theatre at Northcote, was an outstanding success, and was greatly enjoyed by all present. The function was organised by a committee, comprising Messrs. G. IT. Edwards, A. Martin, A. Hurley, G. Herrick and W. McKinstrie. The Merrymakers' Orchestra supplied (he danco music, and the floor arrangements were in charge of Mr. G. H. Edwards. Mesdanies 11. Martin, J. Barrett, F. Townshend and T. Warburton assisted with the serving of supper. Among those present, were:—Mrs. B. Martin (Mayoress of Northcote), Mrs. A. Hurley, Mrs. C. Hunter, Mrs. P. Johnston, Mrs. I. If. Smith, Mrs. H.
