ROTORUA ORGANISATIONS AMALGAMATION DECIDED UPON [by TK LEG K A I'll—OWN correspondent] HOTOIiUA, Saturday Tho amalgamation of llio Rotorua Chamber of Commerce and tho Rotorua Retailers' Association was agreed upon at a meeting of both bodies last evening. Mr. G. 11. French presided. It was considered that a more useful purpose would be served by the amalgamation. Tho following officers were elected: — President, Mr. W. R. Harris; vice-presi-dents, Messrs. 7;. Kwert and N. M. Kcane; committee, Messrs. S. Hale, H. Langguth, E. Trait, 11. L. Musgrave, -A. Smith, G. Johnstone; secretary, Mr. A. Budd; treasurer, Mr. J. H. Higgins; auditor, Mr. L. C. Ryan; shopkeepers' committee, Messrs. D. L. McKorras, D. Garriock, H. L. Musgrave, H. 8. Kingon, J- Tlart, R- Harris, J. TV Higgins, It was decided to hold monthly meetings.
