ACTIVITIES IN TE AROHA
[ FTIOM OUR OWN COURE3PON DENT] TE AROHA, Saturday There was a largo attendance at the second mooting of tho recently-formed Te Aroha Kennel Club. Mr. J. D. Rivctt presided.
Letters were received from the Auckland, Hamilton and Frankton Clubs, and numerous other bodies offering assistance and support.
Tho following officers were elected:— Patron, Mr. J. A. Hepburn; president, Mr. J. D. Rivelt; vice-presidents, Messrs J. M. Cochrane, S. Davies, N. Quirk, J. Evans, T. M. Curran, H. Johnson, D. D. Wilson, N. Wade, W. Dunn, Dr. W. 11. Lawrence; secretary, Mr. J. Ritchio; treasurer, Mr. F. Gaw; auditor, Mr. N. Goddard; honorary veterinary surgeon, Mr. D. D. Wilson; committee, Messrs. T. Flatt, H. Johnson, V. H. Tourell, V. Hamilton, P. Fagan, H. Ritchie, J. Willis, D. Finlayson, Kelly, A. Flay, H. P, Brasting and D, Bygrave; delegate to Dominion Conference, Mr. W. PI. Pricket.,.
The. dates for the first show in Te Aroha were fixed for November 29 and 30.
