Last fiunday We went lo Arapuni. we went ?icross the ewing-bridge, I don't like looking down at the river below the powerhouse. but everything is so interesting. We taw the buried forest, the places where the irout climb up, the power-house and the transforming station, together with many other places. That day (he water was. running throj-.gh the diversion tunnel but T would like to have seen it on the epillwny. There wen; also some men making a cofferdam around the leak in the headrace. On Tuesday I- went for a ride on my horse, 'lrixie.—l-remain, yours truly, Edith Lynn, Lichfield, Putaruru.
