THE WRITERS' CLUB
Nature talks given at a meeting of tho Writers' Club on Friday afternoon proved particularly interesting. Several of the lalks showed how marvellous was the sagacity of dogs. A beautiful specimen of (he kauri moth was shown by Mrs. Crump. Tlio following were the speakers: —Mcsdames I. Oluett (president), Bertram, Land, Crump, Richmond, Adams, Gilbert, Ryburn, Fisher, Spiers, Miss Parkinson and Miss Cleland.
