TRAGIC CONFLICTS IN STREETS By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. BERLIN, July 11. Twelve people were killed and many wounded, including several women and childre ( n, throughout the country during the week-end in violent outbreaks following the reappearance of party uniforms in the streets.
The worst disorder was at Ohlau, Silesia, where Nazis with the Reichsbanner forces. Three Nazis were killed and 30 people wounded. '
The Nazis stormed and wrecked the trades union headquarters and stabbed the secretary. They also attacked the houses of well-known Socialists, firing indiscriminately. Cavalry cleared the streets.
The police were in conflict with Communists at Bremen and arrested six men. One was carrying a bomb which exploded, blowing a policeman to pieces. Three Communists were killed at Duiaberg when the police, attacked barri-: cades. '
Since January 90 people have been killed and 100 injured in similar disturbances, 40 having been killed since June.
