FIGURES FOR PAST YEAR.
SYDNEY, July 12.
The returns of New South Wales revenue and expenditure for the financial year ended June 30 disclose a deficit of £13,570,396. , The revenue amounted to £40,'387,992, a net decrease of £2,719,143, compared with the previous financial year. The expenditure totalled £54,158,388, an increase of £3,237,635.
