DUBLIN INCIDENT.
GOVERNOR AND DE VALERA. CORRESPONDENCE RELEASED. (Received July 12, 10.45 p.m.) DUBLIN. July 11. The Irish Free State Government has released for ' publication in Ireland' the correspondence between Mr. de Valera and the Governor-General, Mr. James McNeill, regarding tlie recent incident at the French Legation, Dublin.
The fact that- Mr. de Valera has been forced to withdraw his ban on the publication of the correspondence is regarded in Dublin as a distinct victory for Mr. McNeill. Notwithstanding rumours to the contrary there is no expectation that His Excellency will resign. Personally he is extremely popular. >
