SHARES IN COMPANY.
RESCINDING OF CONTRACT. COURT RESERVES DECISION. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON, Friday. Decision was reserved by tho Court of Appeal to-day on three appeals brought by the General Mortgage Corporation, Limited. The respondents were Sidney Alfred Gibbs, of Nelson, medical practitioner; Harold Leon Harley, of Nelson, solicitor; and Charles Robert Duke, of Nelson, architect. The appeals, which were from Nelson, were heard together. In the Supreme Court the present respondents had claimed rescission of contracts to take shares in the company and judgment had been given for them. It was against those decisions that the company appealed. '
