MODEL AERO CLUB.
AWARD OF KEALY CUP. RECORD LONG FLIGHT. The Ivealy Cup for the highest aggregate marks for model aeroplane flying was awarded to Mr. N. E. Taylor at the third annual meeting of the Auckland Model Aero Club last evening. The retiring president, Mr. A. M. Bartleet, in his address, referred to a recent achievement of the club. A model flight of 20 minutes' duration had been attained and this was considered a record. The Auckland Community Sunshine Association wrote thanking the club for model dying demonstrations given to the children under its care.
The following officers were elected: — Club captain, Mr. F. C. Macdonald; secretary, Mr. E. Mallitte; recording officer, Mr. R. Foster; committee, Messrs. J. F. Mackley, L. B. Ilodge, (!. Peterson, D. Gulley and N. Taylor, the last three being junior members.
