ANGER IN REICHSTAG.
ATTACK ON PRESIDENT. PANDEMONIUM FOLLOWS. (Received February -1, 11.25 p.m.) Times Cable. LONDON. Feb. 21 The Berlin correspondent of the Times states that Herr Goebcls, at the opening of a debate in the Reichstag on the date of the elections, said the nation had elected Marshal von Ilindenburg as President because he wished to serve the cause of nationalism. He had done the opposite and gone with the Middle and Lett. The President had earned the praise of the gutter press and deserters. Socialists shouted: "We who have fought and bled will not stand such insults." Pandemonium reigned and a fight was threatened. Thereupon tho debate was suspended and Herr Goebels was excluded from tho Chamber for the remainder of the dav.
