DANCE AT HUIA.
The Huia schoolroom was recently the scene of great festivity, when a dance was held, many holiday-makers being present. Among them were : —Mrs. H. Bull, senr., in black mousseline de soie; Mis. 11. Bull, junr., ceil georgette over rose georgette; Mrs. Gordon, white silk; Mrs. Himaiman, brown orange ninon; Mis. Harrison, brown floral ninon; Mrs. Stacpoolo, black satin georgette; Mrs. Spraggon, blue floral ninon; Miss Fletcher, white floral taffeta; Miss Dunn, rose floral ninon; Miss Harrison, pale pink tulle; Miss N. Harrison, white tulle and silver metal lace; Miss Page, oyster satin; Miss Maxwell, pink floral ninon; Miss Slacpoole, scarlet ninon; Miss Horsley, blue ninon. Miss 8. Stacpoole gave several songs, for which sho received enthusiastic encores. An excellent supper was provided by tho ladies.
