ENGAGEMENT.
The engagement is announced between William Walrond, second Baron Waleran, Bradfiehl, Devon, and Margaret Patricia Blackader, daughter of the late Captain and Mrs. Gordon Blackader, of Montreal, slates tho Herald's London correspondent. Lord Waleran was for three years on Sir Charles Fergusson's staff in New Zealand.
