Unfavourable weather in (he morning, following upon heavy train overnight, was responsible for a postponement of the first day of (he Waikato Racing Club's Meeting on Saturday and t<ho meeting will now be opened to-duy and concluded on Wednesday. After (he raiu, the truck is likely to be soft for to-day's racing and such a condition may affect (live chances of some horses considerably, so that there may be need for a revision of ideas in some races. Assuming that the track will be soft without being actually heavy, horses who may command strong support arc as follows : Trial Stakes.—King's Knave. Aga Khan, Amber Link.
