SELLING BY CHANCE.
SHOES THROWN INTO STREET. COURT IMPOSES FJNES. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION. ] WELLINGTON, Friday. A fine of £5 was imposed on Percy Tj. Brady in the Polico Court, to-day for disposing of shoes by means of chance. Ho was also fined £1 for obstructing 'traffic in Willis Street. His manager, Allan Perry, was convicted ' and discharged. Odd shoes were thrown into tho street so that people could claim the mates.
