RATIONING OF WORK.
CHRISTCHURCH TRAM MEN. BOARD'S OFFER ACCEPTED. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. In order to keep 14 men in employment tho whole of tho motormen and conductors employed by tho Christchurch Tramways Board have accepted an offer of rationing made by the board and tho scheme is now in operation. Each man is standing down one day in every three weeks.
